After delivery, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase, without providing a reason. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product. Once the returned item has been received and inspected in good condition, we will issue a full refund, including standard shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. A valid proof of purchase is required, and returned items must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please note: products that have been customized or personalized such as machines with a logo, studio name, business name, or any other custom marking, are not eligible for return or refund.
